1. Promoter

2.Eligibility

 Eligibility - Open to UK residnts aged 18 or over - Employees or family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

 

3. The Competition

 The Competition - This is a skill-based competition, not a lottery or gambling product - To enter, participants must correctly answer a question - Only correct answers will be entered into the draw ---

 

4. Entry Method

Entry Method - Paid entry is available via the website - A free entry option is available by post (see section 5) ---

 

5. Free Entry Route

Free Entry Route To enter for free, send your full name, address, email, and the correct answer to: Win4Trade, 31 Kings Road, Slough, SL1 2PS. - Entries must be received before the competition closes - Only one free entry per person per competition.

 

6. Ticket Purchase

Ticket Purchase - Each ticket gives one entry into the competition - there is no limit unless stated otherwise - All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

 

7. Prize

Prize - The prize will be clearly described on the website - No cash alternative unless stated - The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value .

 

8. Draw and Winner Selection

Draw and Winner Selection - The winner will be selected randomly from all correct entries - The draw date is shown on the website - The winner will be contacted via email or phone number .

 

9. Claiming the Prize

Claiming the Prize - The winner must respond within 7 days - Failure to respond may result in another winner being selected .

 

10. Refunds

Refunds - All entries are final and non-refundable - Exceptions may apply if the competition is cancelled .

 

11. Cancellation

Cancellation - If the minimum number of entries is not reached within 28days, the Promoter reserves the right to:

- extend the competition, or offer a cash alternative , cancel the competition and provide a full refund to all paid entrants.

12.  Cancelation Refunds Policy

If a competition is cancelled, entrants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative competition.

 

13. Data Protection

Data Protection - Personal data will only be used for the administration of the competition - We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

 

14. Minimum Entries Requirement

Win4Trade reserves the right to extend a competition if the minimum number of entries required for the draw has not been reached. All valid entries will automatically carry forward to the revised draw date unless otherwise stated.

 

15.Liability

Liability - The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues or lost entries - Participation is at your own risk.
